Mr. K R Anandan is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant and Company Secretary having more than 33 years’ experience in varied sectors including manufacturing, thermal energy, windmills, sugar and distilleries, fertilizers and petrochemicals. Prior to his current role, he was associated with M/s Greenstar Fertilizers Limited, M/s Tamilnadu Petroproducts Limited (TPL), M/s Tuticorin Alkali Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (TFL), M/s BGR Energy Systems Limited, M/s RRB Limited and M/s GM Pens International Private Limited as Chief Financial Officer.
In his capacity as CFO, Mr. K R Anandan, leads the Company’s accounting and finance functions. He is responsible for financial planning, risk management, and investment oversight, while also shaping the strategic direction that drives the Company’s growth. His leadership has significantly strengthened financial governance, internal controls, compliance frameworks, and long-term value creation. He plays a pivotal role in securing working capital and term loan funding, as well as obtaining subsidies and government incentives, leveraging his strong relationships with senior officials at the Ministry level.
Mr. Manikkan Sangameswaran is a Mechanical Engineer and holds a Master’s Degree in Management Studies from University of Bombay. He also holds MSc in Business Economics from University of Buckingham, UK and Post Graduate Diploma in Securities Laws from Government Law College, Mumbai.
He is an accomplished business leader with nearly three decades of experience across renewable energy, infrastructure, and investment banking. He was the Executive Director & CEO of Radiance Renewables, where he has built India’s fastest-growing commercial and industrial renewable energy platform from inception to portfolio of operational and developmental renewable energy assets of 2 GWp capacity with cutting-edge technology, strong ESG/HSE compliance, and award-winning community initiatives. Previously, he held senior leadership roles at ICICI Venture, Babcock & Brown, and ABN AMRO, advising on landmark transactions including Tata Steel’s USD 10.2bn Corus acquisition and the Delhi/Mumbai airport privatization.
He is also a proven entrepreneur, founded Origin Renewables and BridgeLink Advisors, and has consistently demonstrated expertise in scaling businesses, raising capital, and driving operational excellence. Tmt. Sweta Suman, IAS is a 2020 batch IAS Officer, currently the Executive Director – Tamilnadu Industrial Development Corporation (TIDCO) and holds full additional charge of CEO- Chennai Metro Asset Management Limited (CMAML). She has previously served as Additional Collector (Development) in Coimbatore and Sub-Collector, Chidambaram in Cuddalore District. She has served as Assistant Secretary in the Department of Food and Public Distribution, Government of India, New Delhi, and as Assistant Collector in Chhattisgarh.
Thiru. V Dakshinamoorthy, IAS is a 2007 batch IAS Officer who has held many key positions in various departments in the Government of Tamil Nadu. Presently, Thiru. V Dakshinamoorthy, IAS is the Agricultural Production Commissioner and Principal Secretary, Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Department. Earlier, Thiru. V Dakshinamoorthy, IAS served as the Managing Director, Tamil Nadu Water Supply and Drainage Board.
Mr. Batchu Sai Purshotham is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Senior Partner of M/s B. Purushotham & Co., Chartered Accounts, Chennai, with a vast experience of 37 years. His experience encompasses Auditing & Assurance and Business / Management advisory services to diverse mix of corporate clients including Banking and Public sector enterprises. He is also active in the areas of tax representation before Income Tax Appellate Authorities. Presently, he is a director in the Regional Board of Asia and Europe in Integra International, a networking firm of accountants from across the world with 124 members.
Ms. Latha Ramanathan is a Chartered Accountant with over 34 years of post-qualification experience, nearly 20 years of which was spent with Big 4 Consulting, most of it as a Partner, with stints @ KPMG, PwC and Deloitte. Besides her role as a Partner, Ms. Latha has served on and chaired several internal Committees and has also been part of Global committees/thematic groups.
She has served on the Boards of TRIL InfoPark Ltd, New Tiruppur Area Development Corporation Limited, Tamilnadu Water Investment Company Limited. Presently, she serves on the Board of Sterling Holiday Resorts Limited, a Fairfax owned entity. She has served on all Board Committees and been the Chairperson on multiple committees for different tenures.
At present, she is the CEO of Economix Consulting Group (ECG), a niche consulting and analytics firm that she founded in 2015. She also serves on the Boards of Sterling Holiday Resorts Limited and Dr. Agarwal’s Eye Hospital Limited as Independent Director.
Mr. Sandeep Nanduri, IAS, belongs to the 2009 batch IAS Officer and has performed various roles in his 13 years of Public Service. Presently, he is the Managing Director of Tamilnadu Industrial Development Corporation Limited. Earlier, Mr. Sandeep Nanduri, IAS, served as Managing Director of Tamil Nadu Tourism Development Corporation Limited, District Collector and District Magistrate at Tuticorin, Thiruvannamalai and Tirunelveli, Executive Director at Chennai Metro Water Supply and Sewage Board and Additional Collector, PD-DRDA, at Government of Tamil Nadu.
Mr. E Balu aged about 56 years, is a Bachelor of Engineering from Bharathiar University and also holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Alagappa University. He joined Southern Petrochemical Industries Corporation Limited (SPIC) as an EMS trainee on 1st May 1991. During the year 2011, he was transferred to be on the role of Greenstar Fertilizers Limited (GFL) in view of a Business transfer Agreement entered on 19th October 2011 between SPIC and Greenstar. He has over 32 years of technical experience in operating the Fertilizer Plants of SPIC and Greenstar and Project implementation.
Ms. Devaki is the first of the fourth generation of the founder’s family. She holds a Masters of Arts in Business Management from the University of Edinburgh. Till recently, served as a Senior Analyst at an Independent Investment Management Firm in London providing investment advisory services. Currently serving on the Board of Penn-White Limited and Notedome Limited.

Mrs. Rita Chandrasekar (DIN: 03013549) is a Partner in the leading Advocate firm M/s. Aiyar and Dolia, since 1984. The firm was established by her father late B.R.Dolia, in the year 1957. Her firm has been retained by several Public Sector Banks and Corporates.
They are also Advisers to many multinational Companies, Resident & NRI Clients regarding investment of funds, establishment of industries, purchase of immovable properties etc., She is the Standing Counsel for Chennai Metro Rail Limited.
