SPIC Vajra – NPK (Powder & Liquid)

Description

SPIC Vajra-NPK (POWDER)

SPIC Vajra-NPK is a biofertilizer which contains a powerful consortium of beneficial microorganisms such as nitrogen-fixing bacteria phosphate solubilizing bacteria and potash-mobilizing bacteria. These microorganisms work synergistically to convert unavailable forms of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium in the soil into plant-available nutrients. Regular application enhances soil fertility, improves crop productivity, reduces dependence on chemical fertilizers, and strengthens plant resistance to stress and diseases. Vajra-NPK can help reduce chemical NPK fertilizer usage by 25% or more when integrated into nutrient management programs.

SPECIFICATION

Individual organism viable count CFU minimum in a mixture of any 2 or maximum three of following micro-organisms:
  • CFU minimum: Rhizobium or Azotobacter or Azospirillum 1x107 cells per gram (g).
  • CFU minimum PSB: 1x107 cells per gram (g)
  • CFU minimum KSB: 1x107 cells per gram (g)
Total viable count of all the biofertilizers in the product CFU minimum 3x 107 cells per gram of carrier/powder.
Efficiency character The efficiency character of individual microorganisms to be determined as mentioned in case of individual biofertilizers through quantitative estimation methods.

Benefits

  • Enhanced Nutrient Availability: Converts atmospheric nitrogen and insoluble forms of phosphorus and potash into easily absorbable nutrients for plants.
  • Improved Soil Health: Enhances soil structure, increases microbial activity, improves organic carbon content, and promotes a balanced soil ecosystem.
  • Higher Crop Productivity: Encourages vigorous root development, healthy vegetative growth, and improved yield and quality of fruits and flowers.
  • Sustainable Agriculture: Supports environmentally friendly farming practices by lowering chemical fertilizer inputs and maintaining long term soil fertility.

Directions for Use

Field Crops (Paddy, Wheat, Maize, Pulses):

  • Soil Application (Carrier-based Powder): 2–5 kg per acre mixed with 50 kg FYM/compost and broadcast uniformly during field preparation or before irrigation.
  • Drip / Soil Drench (Powder Solution): 250 g – 1 kg per acre dissolved in 100–200 L water and applied near the root zone.

Plantation Crops (Tea, Coffee, Rubber, Coconut):

  • Soil Application: 2–4 kg per acre mixed with organic manure and applied around the root zone.
  • Per Plant: 25–50 g per plant (young), 50–100 g per plant (mature plants)

Apply near the root zone and cover with soil, followed by irrigation.

Vegetables & Horticultural Crops:

  • Basal Soil Application: 1–2 kg per acre mixed with compost and applied before sowing/transplanting.
  • Per Plant Application: 5–10 g per plant applied near root zone.
  • Seed Treatment: 5–10 g per kg of seeds using rice gruel/jaggery solution as adhesive.

Nursery & Seedlings:

  • Root Dipping: 10 g per litre of water and dip seedlings for 20–30 minutes before transplanting. (Apply for 10 -15 day interviews )
  • Best Time: Apply early in the morning or late evening to avoid direct sunlight, which can harm the beneficial microbes.
  • Soil Moisture: Ensure sufficient soil moisture before application for better bacterial activity.
  • Chemical Compatibility: Do not mix with chemical fungicides or weedicides. Apply at least 15 days before or after using
  • Storage instructions: Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.

SPIC Vajra-NPK (Liquid)

Directions for Use:

  • Mix 2–5 ml of NPK Liquid with 1 liter of water and apply by spraying or soil drenching.
