SPIC Bhoomi – P (POWDER)

SPIC Bhoomi - P is a biofertilizer that helps in converting unavailable forms of phosphorus into bioavailable forms, supporting strong root development and early crop establishment.

SPECIFICATION

Total viable count CFU Minimum 5x 107 cell per gram of powder, granules or carrier material or 1 x 108 cell per millilitre(ml) of liquid.
Contamination level No contamination at 105 dilution.
pH *5.0-7.0 for moist/dry powder, granulated carrier based and 5.0-7.5 for liquid based.
Efficiency character The strain should be capable of solubilizing at least 30 mg/ litre of Phosphorus in liquid broth when tested as per the method given using Tricalcium Phosphate or Aluminium Phosphate or Iron Phosphate as Phosphate source.

Directions for Use

Field Crops (Paddy, Wheat, Maize, Pulses):

  • Soil Application: 2–5 kg/acre mixed with 50 kg FYM/compost.
  • Drip / Drench: 250 g–1 kg/acre in 100–200 L water.

Plantation Crops (Tea, Coffee, Rubber, Coconut):

  • Soil Application: 2–4 kg/acre along with organic manure.
  • Per Plant: Young: 25–50 g, Mature: 50–100 g

Vegetables & Horticulture Crops:

  • Basal Application: 1–2 kg/acre mixed with compost.
  • Per Plant: 5–10 g.
  • Seed Treatment: 5–10 g/kg seeds (mix with rice gruel/jaggery solution for better adhesion).

Nursery Application:

  • Root Dip: 10 g/L water (dip seedlings for 20–30 minutes before transplanting).

Time of Application:

  • At the time of Sowing or Transplanting or During the early vegetative growth stage.
  • Before flowering for better phosphorus availability
  • 2–3 applications per crop season for improved root development and yield

Storage Instructions:

  • Store in a cool, dry place, protected from sunlight and moisture.

Directions for Use:

  • Mix 2–5 ml of Phosphate Solubilizer Liquid with 1 litre of water and apply by spraying or soil drenching.
