SPIC Tejas-K (POWDER)

SPIC Tejas-K is a biofertilizer containing condensed potash-mobilizing bacteria that help increase potassium availability in the soil, support strong root systems, better resistance capacity, enhance nutrient uptake, and promote balanced crop growth at all stages.

SPECIFICATION

Total viable count CFU minimum 5x107 cell per gram of powder, granules or carrier material or per gram of capsule content or1x108 cell per millilitre (ml) of liquid.
Contamination level No contamination at 105 dilution.
pH *5.0-7.0 for carrier based in the form of powder or granules and 5.0-7.5 for liquid base or capsule in gelatine based.
Efficiency character The strain should be capable of solubilizing at least 20 mg/ litre of Potash in liquid broth when tested as per the method given using Aluminium Potassium Silicate as K source.

Directions for Use

Field Crops (Paddy, Wheat, Maize, Pulses):

  • Soil Application: 2–4 kg/acre mixed with 50 kg FYM/compost.
  • Drip / Drench: 250 g–1 kg/acre in 100–200 L water.

Plantation Crops (Tea, Coffee, Rubber, Coconut):

  • Soil Application: 2–4 kg/acre along with organic manure.
  • Per Plant: Young: 25–50 g, Mature: 50–100 g

Vegetables & Horticulture Crops:

  • Basal Application: 1–2 kg/acre mixed with compost.
  • Per Plant: 5–10 g.
  • Seed Treatment: 5–10 g/kg seeds.

Nursery Application:

  • Root Dip: 10 g/L water (dip seedlings for 20–30 minutes before transplanting).

Time of Application:

  • At the time of Sowing or Transplanting or During the vegetative growth stage.
  • 2–3 applications per crop season for better potassium availability and improved yield

Storage Instruction:

  • Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.

Directions for Use:

  • Mix 2–5 ml of Bio-Potash Liquid with 1 litre of water and apply by spraying or soil drenching.
